About Hausive

We built Hausive for operators of serviced apartments, shared living, and condo rentals in Vietnam — teams who run day-to-day property work across rent, maintenance, owner updates, and resident requests.

The problem was rarely a lack of effort. It was scattered tools: spreadsheets that drifted out of sync, chat threads that held critical decisions, handoffs that depended on memory, and processes that got harder to trust as the portfolio grew.

Hausive replaces that scatter with one dependable system so hands-on teams can work with the same clarity and consistency usually reserved for much larger operators.
